About Our Services
We offer commitment at all levels on every project from preparing plans and providing detailed paperwork to the last punch list and finished project. We will work side by side with our clients , making any changes necessary, to ensure their total satisfaction in the completed job. Your proposal/contract will be tailored to your job. Every trade and finish will be entered as a line item with a description and price included. We then add a multiplier for overhead and profit. This multiplier covers general conditions such as supervision, insurances and other job costs such as facilities for employment and trash removal.
Design Build Service
Design build services are offered as a project delivery system. Design build is a method to deliver a project in which the design and construction services are contracted by a single entity known as design-builder. At Leading Edge, we offer these services through relationships with several architects and engineers to minimize risk for the project owner and to save time on the project by overlapping the design phase and construction phase on your project. This ensures the project is completed on schedule and on budget.
General Contracting
We are a fully licensed General Contracting firm capable of taking on a wide variety of projects including commercial and residential as well as new construction and remodeling. We specialize in retrofitting many of the older Miami homes and buildings. We work together with the architects and engineers on every job to provide the owner with quality work, seamless communication and time management. Our team achieves all these goals through pre-planning , various site visits and constant supervision and feedback throughout the length of the job. We offer lump sum contracts on smaller jobs and cost plus contracts on larger jobs depending on the scope of work.
